For too long, the air traffic controllers who keep America’s skies safe have been overworked, underrepresented, and left in the shadows. The system is broken — and NATCA, the union meant to protect us, has stopped fighting for what matters.

FATCO was formed by controllers, for controllers. We are a growing national movement built on three principles:✅ Transparency – We believe in honesty, accountability, and open communication.
✅ Fairness – We stand for fair pay, safe staffing, and respectful working conditions.
✅ Unity – We’re done being divided and dismissed. Together, we are powerful.

Why Now?Air traffic control is in crisis. Staffing shortages, forced overtime, and burnout have reached a boiling point. Controllers are being pushed beyond their limits — risking safety and sacrificing their health. Yet the current leadership has failed to act.We refuse to stay silent.
